Spain: IRTA and Semillas Fitó to hold tomato tasting at Fruit Attraction

During Fruit Attraction, to be held in Madrid on 24-26 October, IRTA researcher Dr. Gemma Echevarría will oversee a special event during which a panel of industry people will judge the taste of several tomatoes. The event is hosted by company Semillas Fitó.

Dr. Echeverría, specialist in the analysis and scientific study of fresh produce, will clarify the procedure, in which visitors are also allowed to participate. The event is held on 25 October at 12.00 next to the IFEMA pavilion.
