Goji berries contain up to 18 amino acids!. Besides many amino acids Goji berries contain 21 minerals, of which the principal are iron, copper, zinc, selenium, phosphorus and calcium. On top of this Goji berries contain a large amount of antioxidants, even more than blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, cranberries. Antioxidants are essential in combating diseases such as cancer and AIDS.
