Belgium: UNIVEG sells its stake in Dela to Cock’s Vleeswaren
Cock's Vleeswaren in Sint-Niklaas is a Belgian producer of processed meats, salads and ready-to-eat meals. The company was founded in 1935 by Charles De Cock and supplies - through its own distribution network - butchers, grocers and bakers as well as medium and large supermarket chains.
Through this acquisition Cock's Vleeswaren and Dela can operate as a strong group on the Belgian market. They will extend their product offering and can provide an even better service to their customers.
UNIVEG has found in Cock’s Vleeswaren the ideal partner to successfully develop Dela’s activities of supplier of cold meats, cheese and fresh specialities.
