In the period between January and August 2012, Peruvian dry onion exports made a total US$ 1.5 million, at an average price of US$ 28.37 per kilo, which means an 11% fall compared to last year's figures.
According to the report from the specialised portal AgroDataperu, Japan leads the imports, with US$ 1.2 million, followed by Germany, with US$ 279 million.
