The second round of negotiations for a Free Trade Agreement between Costa Rica and Colombia began yesterday with strong opposition from Costa Rica's industrial sector, which requested the exclusion of most of their products. Costa Rica's Ministry of Foreign Trade informed that the technical teams will follow up on the progress made in the first meeting held almost two months ago.
