Flex-Film International present laminate and micowave film
Flex-Film International B.V. showed a concept developed to cook vegetables quickly in the microwave oven at the fair. Thanks to a programmed opening of the packing the
COOK'N SAP microwave film realises a controlled constant pressure in the bag. In this way the vegetable is cooked and the taste and quality of the product are saved. In a few minutes therefore cooked potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, asparagus etc.
For this microwaveable film SAP-FRESH laser perforated plastic is used, which also gives a longer durability of the vegetables in this packing. The passing through of oxygen, carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapour is adjusted for the product to be packed and in which during processing, packing, storage and in the shop the temperatures are taken into consideration. In this way the quality of the product remains for a long period. The film may be printed with up to eight colours.
Laminate film
Flex-Film International B.V. has been the official distributor in the Benelux for film producer Ronzulli Spa (I) since 1 August 2012. This film manufacturer and processor established in Southern Italy,
is leading the field in the area of (topseal) laminate film. The spectrum runs from the very current PET-composition to the specialised 'high-barrier' film with EVOH. Ronzulli can also print up to 8 colours and offer various perforation applications, amongst which is laser perforation. This is mainly applicable to fruit and vegetables, poultry, fish and ready-to-eat meals.
