The European working group Melon, which was formed by the AREFLH, has planned a meeting on Thursday the 27th of September from 9.30 to 11.30 in the agricultural hall of the Macfruit 2012 fair in Cesena, Italy. The goal of this meeting is the exchange of information about the production season, the trade and the consumption of the melon. Producers from Spain, Italy, France and Greece but also from other countries around the Mediterranean Sea, like Morocco, will think together about the various aspects of the trade, production and organisation and about the promotion of their product mainly towards the younger consumer.
