The supportive measures announced by federal and national government will be a slight improvement for Brazil’s orange juice sector in the coming season. Due to bad meteorological conditions some regions were having difficulties coping.
The sector expects a prolongation of the credit (Línea Especial de Crédito LEC) provided by the Ministry of Agriculture, so that the juice can reach markets under favourable conditions.
