Fresh Produce Ukraine see international sales increase

International interest for participation at Fresh Produce Ukraine 2012 has, with some 3 months before the start of the exhibition, resulted in a huge increase in International sales. Figures show that International sales have already more than doubled and more sales are expected in the coming months.

Companies from some 14 countries worldwide have already signed up for Fresh Produce Ukraine 2012, these countries include: Austria, Chile, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Lebanon, Russia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.

The Chilean Fresh Fruit Association will once again act as sponsor of the event, besides the Chileans there are official country participations planned by Egypt, Greece, Italy and Lebanon.

Fresh Produce Ukraine is unique as it is the only specialised international event focused on fruit & vegetable growing, post-harvest handling technologies and trade in Ukraine and other CIS countries. The exhibition is being organised in conjunction with the three day conference "Fruits & Vegetables of Ukraine," this conference has been organised by Fruit Inform for the past 8 years and has built up a very solid reputation. One of the important topics of the conference is the trade forum in which more than 30 supermarket chains and importers participated during the last edition.

Fresh Produce Ukraine is aimed at producers of vegetables, fruits, berries, melons and potatoes, as well as companies that supply all the elements of technology, post-harvest handling, storage and packaging of fruits and vegetables and exporters of fresh produce supply.
