Germany: Promotional campaign for fresh produce.

The newest German campaign to promote fresh produce will be launched under the header "Frische ist Leben" (Fresh is life). The campaign unites Germany with foreign participants (Holland and Belgium) for the first time.

The Germans, united under BVEO (National Union for Producers of fresh produce) and DHFV (Union of German Fruit Farmers) are joined by VLAM (Flemish Centre for Agricultural and Fishery Marketing) and the Fruit Vegetable Agency Holland.

With EU support, these organisations have given the go-ahead for the new promotional activities in order to promote the quality of German produce. The campaign will start in 900 German cities.
