Netherlands: Edwin den Breejen appointed for Grodan Group
commercial experience in various areas.
Edwin, a Dutch national, holds a degree in Strategic Management from The Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom and he has attained Marketing and Sales Management diploma’s from NIMA (the Dutch Institute for Marketing). He has built up more than twenty years of commercial experience and was, amongst other previous commercial positions, employed as the Sales Director Northern Europe for Armstrong Building products, an American Multinational and market leader in ceiling systems.
As of 13 August, Edwin started his new position as the Sales Director Northern and Western Europe for the Grodan Group. He will be a part of the Grodan Management Team. Edwin is looking forward to his new challenge at Grodan: “The current economic situation and the (future) challenges in food production are critical global issues for the years to come. Grodan offers growers profitable, innovative and efficient solutions to respond to these challenges. I found this leading horticultural industry and the Grodan approach to sustainable cultivation very appealing. I am therefore really looking forward to contributing towards strengthening the position of Grodan in these markets”.
