"Soursop fights cancer cells"

In Brazil, the soursop is known under the name graviola. In Spanish it’s the guanábana. The fruit is fairly large, and has sweet white pulp. It can be eaten directly, or be used in the preparation of drinks, ice and candy. In recent times, the fruit has grown in popularity due to claims that it’s effective in battling cancer cells. Supposedly, the fruit's extracts selectively inhibit the growth of human breast cancer cells. Also, it is said to be effective against bacterial infections, certain parasites and worms, and serves as an antidepressant.
