Italy: Universities develop new gold kiwi

A research project carried out by the University of Bologna and the University of Udine, has resulted in the development of a new yellow flesh kiwi cultivar.

The cultivar is now protected and Universities are looking for partners interested in the propagation and commercialization on a global scale.

To this aim, Universities launched an announcement, available on the portal of the University of Bologna. Relevant parties are being invited to express their interest up to 20th September 2012.

On 10th September 2012, potential partners will have the possibility to participate in the presentation event of the new Cultivar, at Faculty of Agricultural Science (University of Bologna), confirming their presence by e-mail.
