Food content and taste - knowledge and what do we do with it?

In the past there seems to have been much more food content in our fruit and vegetables. Today’s food scientists focus on ready made products and would rather investigate 'a soup without artificial colour and taste additives' than an average vegetable, like an onion.

Doctors should ask much more for food patterns and advise good quality fruit or, for example, enough cabbage in winter time.



Of course it is important to get proteins and nutrition from food sources such as meat and fish, but it is from plant that we get our health.
