Hessing Supervers have to-day informed the NMa of the take-over of vegetable processor Groentehof (part of the Van Rijsingen Group) in order to serve mutual clients (still) better. The surplus value of the cooperation is the result of the combination of the best of both companies, a further specialisation, increase in volume and the further development of the knowledge about consumers and production methods.
Hessing and Van Rijsingen Group view the strategic cooperation of Hessing and Groentehof as a logical step in their development and ambitions as fresh-companies in the Netherlands in the category ready-to-eat vegetables, processed fruit, whole meal salads and juices.
