Favoring mango and avocado sales

FTA with Japan and Europe to benefit Peruvian fruits

Free Trade Agreements (FTA) with Japan and the European Union will favour mango and avocado exports,which will get into these markets free of tariffs, as pointed by the president of Sierra Exportadora, Alfonso Velásquez.

He also pointed out that the institution is supporting mechanisms for the small producer in the Andes to also take advantage of the exporting boom originated by the FTAs.

He mentioned that their products are exported to 21 countries.
