Good skin thanks to fruit and vegetables

So you want a fresh glow? In that case it would be a good idea to eat fruit and vegetables, writes the German health magazine ´Apotheken Umschau´. The magazine refers to scientists of St. Andrews University in Scotland for this. They proved in an experiment with young people with a light skin tone that eating more fruit and vegetables gives you a nicer glow. The participants had to eat more fruit and vegetables than they usually did. The scientists looked at their glow at the beginning, after three weeks and after six weeks. Even just two extra portions a day left visible traces. It was shown that the skin colour looks more attractive.
