Frutec represents PALM-machines in Holland, Belgium and the UK

Palm Landschinen und Sortiertechiek has been active for many years in North Germany as Mechanisation company (with around 24 employees) of all products for a modern fruit company. Tractors, sprayers, mowers, belt wagons with tarpaulin construction, weed sprayers, masts etc, etc. Besides the products listed above PALM has been active in fruit sorting for years. Machines of well known brands such as Perfect and Aweta have found their way to the north and as an extension of the programme PALM has also had control of the development of water dumpers and (under)water box fillers for a few years. These machines were build based on efficiency, are easy to handle, fast and robust.

The programme is complete with box portals, box fillers (vacuum), unstapler staplers, box robots for supply and return of big crates, water purification, box labelling etc. What's also striking is the Underwater filler with special short buffer canals, which makes it possible to also add a pre-sorting unit for apples to the sorting even in compact dimensions (can also be done with a 2,3, or 4 line sorting machine!) Various installations of this type have already been installed in Germany, varying from 3 to 15 channels. The necessary software to control it, has also been developed.

Frutec Ltd is also known within the fruit growing sector of the electronic aerial platforms. It has been representing the Palm machines in Holland, Belgium and the UK since 2012. Being able to drain damage free and refilling the storage boxes is a process that is vital in the sorting companies, and PALM supplying programme offers a welcome addition to it. Frutec Ltd also has a welding company in the same building, with all the facilities in the areas of (laser) cutting, setting and welding steel, rvs and aluminium so that any changes that might be made and maintenance to the sorting equipment can be done quickly, and by the company itself.
