A good packaging ventilation is the key for a fast pre-cooling of the product. This prevents more efficiently, fruit ripening and the presence of decomposition factors.
At the moment "F concept" side ventilation is available for K36-K37-K62-KIT500 models and it will be available for K28 soon, but the range will be widened in the future.

Famous British supermarkets such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose and Marks & Spencer are examples of companies that have appreciated this new product and, sometimes, have chosen it as gold standard.

For producers/exporters
- Precooling is 25% faster and so packing-house is more productive.
- Faster precooling prevents fruit ripening, consequently shelf-life is longer.
- 25% energy is saved.
For importers/supermarkets
- 25% less carbon dioxide=less carbon footprint, less greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.
- Elimination of condensation of water vapour at the retail level, this means products are more visible and there is less mould.
- In case of heat sealing, you just need a standard film instead of a micro or macro perforated one, with noticeable savings.
- Elimination ethylene aimed to a longer shelf-life.
