"Safety when selling fruit and vegetables"

Second German Fruit & Vegetable Congress in Dusseldorf

FrischeSeminar, teaching platform of the 'Deutsche Fruchthandelsverband', organises a seminar with the title 'Safety when selling fruit and vegetables
 - in what way can analytical laboratory research assist in selling fruit?' on 16 May 2012. This is the first seminar in cooperation with the university Bonn. Questions like, how do I interpret the results of laboratory research of fruit and vegetables? How far does analytical laboratory research go? will be dealt with. In addition the seminar also has a practical part. The seminar is held in the 'Kompetenzzentrum Gartenbau' in Rheinbach close to Bonn. Application is possible up to 2 May 2012. 

After the seminar attendees have the opportunity to take part in a conducted tour through the accredited analysis laboratory for plant protection means Dr Lippert in Sinzig, close to Rheinbach. Also the teachers at the the seminar work in this laboratory: Dr.Felix Lippert, the manager of the laboratory and Dr. Rainer Krämer. The seminar is mainly directed towards the responsible persons and co-workers in the fruit branch, who are involved with the quality management of the fields and quality guarantee and with representatives of laboratories. The seminar takes place in cooperation with the 'Industrie- und Handelskammer Bonn/Rhein-Sieg'. Participants therefore receive the IHK-declaration of participation at the end.
