EU: Air France-KLM Cargo & Martinair Cargo make tracking shipments easier

Air France-KLM Cargo & Martinair Cargo have launched a new App for iPhones and iPads, making it even easier to track shipments. The App enables forwarders to review the status of shipments on Air France, KLM and Martinair Air Waybills.

The tracking tool follows the Cargo2000 (C2K) industry standard milestones. The App is very user friendly and contains the same level of detailed information as the tracking tool on the afklcargo.com website. Its presentation, has been redesigned smartly to fit smaller iPhone screens.

Once an Air Waybill number has been entered or copy/pasted into the App, it will automatically save this for continuous monitoring. It’s easy to use and is available for free.

The App can easily accommodate service extensions. Future services could be online flight schedules, local contacts and even real-time temperature information.
