Spain: Tamegar S.L. launches AM1 tray erecting machine

Tamegar S.L. is proud to present the new Model AM1 tray erecting machine for forming corrugated cardboard trays. It’s a semiautomatic and compact machine with all the advantages and reliability that define Tamegar S.L. tray erectors.

The new Model AM1 can erect all major tray designs: P84*, PLAFORM*, Corner Post and DEFOR*. In addition, the machine can erect a wide range of tray sizes to meet the needs of different produce sectors and clients’ packaging sizes.

One of the machine’s key features is its transportability. It’s smaller and lighter than a normal tray erector and has innovative features incorporated such as the retractable transporter chain arm. This means the machine can be easily moved between locations with a minimum of fuss.

The AM1, like all Tamegar S.L. machines, is easy to operate. The machine’s principal movements, including glue application, are controlled by a PLC and are programmable to allow for quick changes between different tray sizes.
