The Italian company Ale Fruit takes legal action against the Dutch Exsa Europe for its claims

FreshPlaza informs its readers that the company Ale Fruit in Turin has instructed its lawyers to take legal action to sue the Dutch company, Exsa Europe for damages, since they claimed they were owed money from Ale Fruit for supplying Exsa Europe .

Ale Fruit manager says: “Exsa Europe unfairly used the news website FreshPlaza, putting my company in a bad light with negative consequences with my suppliers, even though the matter was easy to sort out. Moreover, it is not true that I made myself scarce: I was on a business trip and the phone contacts of Ale Fruit headquarters have always been working.”

Ale Fruit, which has a turnover of about 30 million per year, underlines: “In such a difficult context, these claims just damage the activities and the relationship between the operators of the sector. My company is suffering grievously from that. For this reason, we decided to communicate our proceeding on FreshPlaza and will be informing you about the developments of this event in the next months.”
