Adapting to needs
Profix introduces flexible software
"The developments have not stopped at Profix IT Solutions", said Erik de Klerk. In recent years there has been a lot of time put into the development of a new development tool. "With this tool we can make flexible, trustworthy and qualitatively strong software solutions very quickly."
The choice to invest in the development of such a tool, comes from the fact that the market is changing. "If the market changes, the software will go with it", said Erik. Flexible and mobile are the keywords. "If you translate that to company software, then the mobile option isn't exactly rocket science. Accessible to applications through your I-pad to take over to your desktop, or data access, are available in large quantities."
According to him nothing is more changeable than people (and with that the processes) and according to the automation there is a need for flexible supplies. "Supplies that can be finally configured by the customer, kneaded into a form where it fits perfectly around the people and the company processes. This human to human or system to human processes has insufficient support by the current ERP generations. This, even though about 80% of company processes exist of human interactions.
To be able to support the human interactions better, Profix IT Solutions went searching for a new method to realize this.
The result: very flexible software. "So flexible that (especially) big companies can adjust to the software. They know what's the best, with what kind of people they are working, how their processes are going and then they can make the adjustments. "For the smaller companies that don't have their own IT department, Profix IT Solutions can take care of that for them, besides that there will be a basic version released, that meets the standards of the fruit and vegetable industry. However, flexibility in focusing on the client, so that no concessions have to be made to their processes / methods.
The software that has been developed, meets the latest new techniques and is platform independent. Through workflows human interaction is better coordinated. In addition, the software is fully integrated / compatible with scanners, I-pad's, Sharepoint, workflows, etc.
"Because of this renewed approach to automation the Frankort & King Group decided once again to put Profix IT Solutions on to the automisation of the company," explained Erik.
