Triskalia merges its fresh vegetable sales subsidiaries

In order to meet higher client expectations, particularly with regards to logistics and quality, Triskalia is streamlining its fresh vegetable sales activities. On 1 March 2012, its subsidiaries, Primeurs des Iles-Sévère and Sicagri-Ollier will merge into a new entity: Keltivia.

Keltivia will benefit from a unique sales structure in France's leading vegetable growing region with the main sales office in the new premises in St Pol de Léon and offices in Paimpol and St Malo. Keltivia will rely on a well-known brand, Prince de Bretagne, to respond over the long term to downstream needs regarding volume, product diversity and segmentation.

Keltivia will embrace, through Valérie Danet, its manager, the skills and experience of the teams at Primeurs des Iles-Sevère and Sicagri-Ollier. This operation represents a new impetus that shall benefit from our values, know-how, and quality of service which will remain unchanged.

The creation of Keltivia confirms the will of the Triskalia Group to boost the value of vegetable growing in Brittany over the long term by strengthening its capacity to position itself in all markets. Keltivia will thereby contribute to maintaining a strong agricultural and agri-food sector in Brittany.
