Italy: 'Assolo' new packaging for Agricoper grapes

The grape campaign balance for 2011 of the Italian company Agricoper was positive. According to the owner, "The weather this year was mild and favourable, and thanks to it we had a high quality product for the whole period of production."

"The seedless grapes, which have different dynamics than the seeded ones, are a great strength and pride for us. 50% of our grape production is seedless and markets note a growing and prolonged demand."

In addition to traditional seeded varieties, Agricoper has a wide range of seedless grapes, thanks to the cooperation with international breeders, allowing an extension of marketing schedule of company seedless grapes.

"To be highly competitive we believe it is essential to continue the varietal renewal and the constant commitment in product quality and safety research."

With this purpose the new packaging 'Assolo' was created: a "tailor made" bag that provides the packaging of each bunch, ensuring the maximum health and safety to the consumer.

"Constant research and careful analysis of consumer needs is an essential tool to keep abreast of the times and be more competitive."

Agricoper will be at Fruit Logistica (Berlin, February 8th-10th, 2012), Hall 2.1 / Stand E-04.
