Taste, Colour and Texture

The Q&Me cucumber is more than a cucumber with a trendy name. The first thing you notice, is that it's slightly darker green than you're used to. A darker skin means more flavour for cucumbers.

Q&Me cucumbers have an edible skin which is rich in fibre, with lots of vitamins right underneath. This means you can serve your guests cucumber with skin. The cucumber also has 70% more dry matter, which is an advantage in processing. And it gives the cucumber more flavour and a pleasant 'bite'.
