The black truffle, an expensive delicacy from Spain

Today, black truffles account for 57% of their total turnover, and are exported to countries such as France, the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia. It is an expensive product because, although they work hard for its expansion into other countries, they know that they are destined to be gourmet dishes.
