Mann Packing announced its hiring of Tom Langell, Jennifer Lind and Dylan Eads, who recently joined the company as director of IT, sales operations manager, and sales analyst, respectively. They will be working from the Mann Packing corporate headquarters in Salinas, CA.
Tom Langell will be responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all Mann’s IT functions at the company’s various locations. This includes directing all IT operations as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions. Tom joins the company from Monterey Mushrooms.
Jennifer Lind joins Mann Packing in the position of Sales Operations Manager. In this role, she will be the primary catalyst for estimates on volume and raw product needs, annual sales and revenue planning, as well as critical support for internal sales reporting. Lind comes to the company after a 12-year career with Earthbound Farm where she worked as a senior manager in related areas of responsibility. She had been focused on activities related to forecasting, planning and budgeting for 9 of the 12 years. She graduated with honors from UC Davis in 2002 with a BS in Managerial Economics.
Dylan Eads joins the company as a Sales Analyst and will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales related data. Eads will develop and track key performance indicators and standardize reporting and analysis. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Saint Joseph’s University.
