The world's most expensive melon, which was produced in Japan, but consumed in Madrid, has starred in a Tiktok video. @beaggil has published a video in which she tried one of these melons that "only 150 farmers have the right to grow."
"I'm excited", she stated, adding that these exclusive fruits are auctioned once a year and that a single melon can cost up to 40,000 euro. At present, she clarified, the market price of one of these melons stands at around 350 euro.
"It's one of the best melons I've tasted in my life," she said. However, it's still just a melon, she added.
“It's very expensive, but it smells like melon. It has a crazy texture, but it's a melon... Would I pay 200 euro for this melon? No. Is it great? Yes."
