D.C. United announce The Fruitist as the club’s official sleeve patch partner

D.C. United have today announced that the club and The Fruitist have agreed to a multi-year partnership and will become the official and exclusive sleeve patch partner with their logo prominently featured on the right sleeve of D.C. United's home and away kits. The Fruitist will also become the official snack of the team and D.C. United Summer Camps.

The Fruitist berries are hand-selected, premium fruits grown on The Fruitist's own farms. With unique varieties of "Jumbo" blueberries, fragrant red raspberries and tangy sweet blackberries, The Fruitist is redefining how consumers eat berries by bringing consistent satisfaction of a better berry to amplify the "every-day" berry experience. The Fruitist berries, harvested at peak ripeness and flavor, and power-packed with healthy crunch, appeal to snackers of all ages. Enjoy them year-round and find them in your favorite retail store nationwide.

"D.C. United are proud to welcome The Fruitist as our official sleeve patch partner and exclusive snack partner for the team," Danita Johnson, D.C. United President of Operations, said. "Bringing health and wellness to the forefront of our community was an important priority for the club and our partnership with The Fruitist will allow us to best serve our team and the youth at D.C. United Summer Camps. I want to thank our ownership group for their continued support and Jeff Ajluni, our senior VP of partnerships, for his work to make this partnership come to life. We look forward to welcoming The Fruitist to the Black-and-Red family."
