“Cœur de Reine apples are becoming a must-have on the shelves”

Produced exclusively in France by nearly 60 Blue Whale growers in the Garonne Valley, Loire Valley and Alpes de Haute Provence, the Coeur de Reine apple “has made its mark on the French market in just three seasons,” explains Christelle Bertin. Launched in 2021, the volumes reached 4,600 tons this season, up 50% on n-1. A fine progression, since Coeur de Reine apples are now “referenced in all major French supermarket chains. As the first brand held after Pink Lady in stores, Coeur de Reine is well on the way to becoming a must-have on the shelves.”

A terroir variety for apple lovers
“With its assertive, highly aromatic taste, Coeur de Reine satisfies apple lovers in particular, who represent more than 20% of French consumers. The variety strikes just the right balance between sugar and acidity.” It is versatile and “suitable for all uses: perfect as a snack or for cooking.”

Cœur de Reine launches a new campaign for the general public
Last September, the first wave of the Cœur de Reine TV campaign reached over 60 million consumers. On January 15th, the second part of the TV campaign started, with a complete communications plan and the addition of a digital campaign (web and social networks), as well as in-store promotions and partnerships.
