On December 24, the headquarters of the Joy Wing Mau Group welcomed its relocation and officially moved into a new building: the Joy Wing Mau Binhai Building in Bao'an District, Shenzhen.

In his speech, Zhang Jian, Chairman and CEO of Joy Wing Mau Group, reviewed their several previous relocations. From a small office to the completion of the current building, it is a reflection of the hard work and another bumper harvest of all Joy Wing Mau people.
With its "self-investment, self-design, and self-created think tank", the Binhai Building has bravely set the trend of development of China's fruit industry. The Joy Wing Mau Group will also use this as a prelude and as a source to maintain a strong voice for the Joy Wing Mau era in the fruit industry in China and even the world.
Standing at a new milestone in the group's development, Zhang Jian also expressed his ardent expectations for the group's future. He said that all Joy Wing Mau people should continue to carry forward the spirit of "hard work, courage to fight, and never slack off" to create more achievements.

He emphasized that the current international landscape and market situation are changing rapidly, and he hopes that everyone from the company can uphold the belief and the entrepreneurial spirit of hard work, with a new attitude and higher requirements, in a more comfortable and convenient office environment, to create a more beautiful future.

The Joy Wing Mau Binhai Building is Asia's first fully automatic professional intelligent cold storage for fruits and vegetables. It is an ultra-high-intelligent three-dimensional warehouse controlled by AI, leading the new development of the fruit and vegetable cold chain. As a key livelihood project in Shenzhen, the Binhai Building integrates functions such as sorting, processing, storage, and comprehensive supply chain services. It will rely on the Greater Bay Area's solid industrial foundation and air and sea port advantages to build a global fruit industry chain operation center and R&D industrial base. The successful completion of the Binhai Building will assume important functions and roles in the future development of Joy Wing Mau with digital intelligence and it also marks the birth of a new city card for Bao'an District and even Shenzhen City.
