World's largest pineapple maze

The Dole Plantation's Pineapple Garden Maze in Wahiawa, Hawaii, holds the Guinness World Record for the World's Largest Pineapple Maze. Initially opened in 1998, the maze underwent expansion in 2007 and again in 2008, solidifying its record status. Covering over three acres with nearly two and a half miles of paths, the maze is crafted from 14,000 colorful Hawaiian plants, including hibiscus, heliconia, croton, panax, and pineapple.

The maze is designed as a game with eight stations and a pineapple-shaped garden at its center. Visitors can enjoy a unique experience walking through the flora, searching for secret stations, and solving the maze's mystery. The Dole Plantation also offers an app to enhance the maze experience by tracking time and stations found. The maze has become a significant tourist attraction, highlighting the history of Hawaii's pineapple industry and the Dole Plantation, which spans over 20,000 acres and is known as the largest pineapple plantation in the world. The maze's record time for completion is just seven minutes, but most visitors take about an hour. The plantation also offers other attractions like the Pineapple Express train ride, making it a family-friendly destination.
