The varieties include mangoes, lychees, jackfruit, papaya, passion fruit, mangosteen, rambutan, dragon fruit, durian, and others. Noteworthy additions are tom yum soup kits and asparagus. Thailand leads in fruit shipments.
Customs officers and Rosselkhoznadzor specialists prioritize the swift clearance of exotic cargo upon the aircraft's landing. Additionally, the Siberian capital receives 20-ton trucks filled with mandarins, with 45 vehicles, weighing over 900 tons, arriving in November alone. Mandarins are sourced from China and Turkey, adding a flavourful touch to Novosibirsk's festive season.
