The Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) rose 0.2% in July on a seasonally adjusted basis, the same increase as in June, the US Bureau of Labor Statistics reported. The fruits and vegetables index increased 0.4% over the month, and the other food at home index rose 0.2%.

Germany: Wholesaler Metro sees sales up 5.9% in the third quarter
