Melbourne-based business Bae Juice is taking its hangover prevention drink all the way to New York City after reaching an agreement with US-based distributor Gold Coast Distributors that will see the brand expand internationally. Created by co-founders Tim O'Sullivan, Liam Gostencnik, and Sumin Do, Bae Juice arrived on Aussie shores in 2019 and is the first 100% Korean pear juice to hit the Australian market. For centuries the Korean pear has been used to help reduce hangover symptoms, making it a highly sought-after ingredient.

Recent research by Bord Bia has revealed that 9 in 10 (89%) consumers think vegetables are good value for money and the category least likely to have been cut back on in the grocery shop as a result of cost-of-living pressures. It also revealed that (90%) of consumers claim they like to support local fruit and vegetable growers, 8 in 10 (79%) believe locally grown vegetables are of higher quality, and 7 in 10 (74%) believe they are worth paying more for.
