Podcast celebrates International Women’s Day/Women’s History Month

The Produce Moms® Podcast kicks off celebrating International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month with a March line-up that includes influential female leaders from many industries. Women from agriculture, manufacturing, produce, retail and finance weigh in on their areas of expertise as they share best practices and strategies for success with founder & CEO and podcast host Lori Taylor.  

“During Women’s History Month, and today March 8, which is International Women’s Day (IWD), we are featuring an incredible roster of female leaders,” says Taylor. “I love that our sponsors for this event are longtime supporters of women in the produce industry: Duda Farm Fresh Foods, Envy™ Apple, Naturipe® and Sage Fruit Company.”

The weekly March lineup includes:

  • March 22nd Impact FFA Women Growing Women: Featuring Molly Ball, president of the National FFA Foundation and CMO of the National FFA along with National FFA Officers MacKenna Clifton and Gracie Murphy discuss the history of women in the FFA, the state of females in United States Agriculture leadership and the role of FFA in creating leaders.
  • March 29th Jade Warshaw, Ramsey personality and celebrity financial expert: Warshaw shares her journey of paying off nearly $500,000 in debt, her plant-based lifestyle and her role at Ramsey Solutions. 

The five-year anniversary of the podcast is approaching and analytics show that the audience base continues to grow. Currently, TPM’s Podcast has 45,000+ International Advertising Bureau (IAB) Listeners.

The Produce Moms Podcast began in 2018. Since then the show has received recognition including four prestigious Davey Awards. Last year, the podcast was transitioned to both audio and visual.
