Liao Maohua, chairman of the board of Joy Wing Mau Fruit Science and Technology Group; company president Zhang Jian; vice-president Zhang Jianbing; project management; construction; and supervision parties, as well as representatives of Joy Wing Mau employees, were all present during the official capping ceremony.
