Under the name 'We Nut Butter', the high-performance nut cream mill called WB02 is now making its way into German food retailers. Developed and produced entirely in the Netherlands, this machine consists of high-quality
components and grinds a wide range of whole nuts and peanuts into tasty creams in just a few seconds. "And it does this live at the point of sale," explains Franz Weber, who is in charge of marketing the process on the German market.
"It's all 100% processed without any additives and, what's more, there's no waste. A fresh and enjoyable spread with a highly stable machine that is also easy to clean," says Weber, managing director of the German licensee FreshCup Ltd. The process is also available for processing chocolate chips and is largely made of solid stainless steel.
Interactive shopping experience
"In Germany, we are in the starting blocks. The area of application in supermarkets is interesting because, after all, more and more are pursuing the 'unpackaged' concept. In addition to the novel process, we have therefore developed a piece of furniture on which two machines can then be placed. Filling is quick and easy in a glass container with a screw cap that we also supply," Weber continues, pointing out the machine's many added benefits. "Thanks to 'We Nut Butter,' each respective retailer has a high-margin product, meanwhile creating a pleasant, interactive shopping experience for the consumer."
