On December 4-5, the fruit finding team from Baiguoyuan came to the Little Sun kumquat producing area in Quanzhou, Guangxi. As the first exclusive category brand launched by Pagoda Company this year, "Little Sun Kumquat" aims to create differentiation among domestic products and enhance the brand value. This production area tour also made an in-depth visit to the origin of the brand by picking in the orchard, visiting the factory, and tasting the fruit. It is understood that this journey was also an event carefully crafted to coincide with the occasion of the 3rd-anniversary celebration of the members of Pagoda, and it has also been upgraded in many aspects.
Northern Guangxi belongs to the subtropical humid monsoon area, surrounded by dense pollution-free river networks, so the production area has sufficient sunshine and water sources, and a long frost-free period. These are excellent conditions for the growth of kumquats and the conversion of nutrients and sugars.
In terms of brand building, Xu Churan, deputy director of the marketing center of Pagoda Group, said, “On the one hand, we have to select the sweetest kumquats for consumers; on the other hand, we assist local farmers to sell their fruits at a good price. After visiting Jiangxi, Fujian, Guangxi and other producing areas, this excellent product was discovered."
