The Turkish vegetable season has begun at 1 Fresh International in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Yunus Yildirimer and Mevlut Uzun founded this company in May 2021. "Our goal is to bring Turkish vegetables fresh from the field in Turkey to the Netherlands. We want to offer these to customers in the Netherlands and elsewhere in Europe."

1 Fresh International combines imports and sales of mainly Dutch greenhouse vegetables. "Our main products include cucumbers, tomatoes, and bell peppers. We work directly with the growers. In the winter, we supplement this with imports from countries like Turkey, Spain, and Morocco. So, we have a plentiful supply for our clients 365 days a year," says account manager, Mevlut.
"From this week, we have weekly arrivals of fresh Turkish vegetables under the Semirs label. Starting next week, we'll also receive lemons and grapefruit under that brand. That will continue until May 2022. Ultimately, we want to establish a well-known brand throughout Europe," Mevlut concludes ambitiously.
