At the Natexpo fair from October 24th to 26th 2021, Juliet presented its new contest, “On the apple road”, as well as a novelty in its range of processed products.

“On the apple road”
The new Juliet contest, “On the apple road”, will be taking place from November 10th until December 20th 2021 in supermarkets and stores specialized in organic products. The winning prize: 12 weekends/stays in each region where the Juliet apple is produced. “We have launched this contest to boost the beginning of the season. Whoever wins a stay in Moissac, for example, will receive a producer basket and will have the chance of visiting a Juliet orchard. For the moment, the producers have been very happy about this action,” explains Jean-Noël Carles.
Expanding the range of processed products
New addition to the range of organic Juliet processed products and also revealed at Natexpo: the 4x100g apple cup. For the moment, the compote contains only apples, but Jean-Noël Carles does not exclude the possibility of combining with other fruits. “Some of our Juliet producers also grow pears and apricots so we would like to test some combinations.”
Already focused on reducing its carbon footprint and waste with recyclable and biodegradable packaging, Juliet is now turning to 100% cardboard. “The new 4x100g cup will be packed in cardboard packaging, just like the 4-fruit tray.”
