APEDA sends off first export consignment of from Kerala to Australia

Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority APEDA made possible the export of the first consignment of various value-added derived from jackfruit, passion fruit and nutmeg from farmers in Thrissur, Kerala. The shipment is underway to Melbourne, Australia.

As reported on orissadiary.com, APEDA is promoting exports of value-added and health products as part of the Prime Minister Modi’s aim for achieving $ 400 bln exports by 2021-22.
