Rupert, ID-based potato grower-shipper Arrowhead Potato Co., (A d/b/a Moss Produce LLC.) and Idaho-based ProSource Produce LLC. have entered an exclusive sales and marketing agreement that took effect August 01, 2021. At that time, ProSource Produce LLC. assumed the role and responsibilities previously held by Richard Fletcher, who recently retired from Arrowhead Potato Co.
ProSource Inc. is responsible for all fresh onion and potato sales and marketing for Golden West Produce LLC in Parma, ID, Mart Fresh Pack in Rupert, ID, Rio Valley Onion LLC in Hatch, NM, Sierra Madre Produce in Chihuahua, MX, and Winter Garden Produce LLC in Uvalde, TX. The finalization of this agreement will couple Arrowhead Potato Co., a large, family operated farming and fresh-pack operation, with a year-round grower-based fresh onion and potato program.

This this was the right opportunity and timing to consolidate our volume from Arrowhead with ProSource’s existing Idaho potato and year-round onion programs,” said Ryan Moss, owner, Arrowhead Potato Co.
Arrowhead Potato Co. supplies Idaho potatoes to customers in the fresh and processed segments of the potato industry. D/b/a Moss Produce LLC., the company employs more than 50 people and has served foodservice and retail industries for more than 35 years.
