The new references are able to satisfy many different convivial occasions. Linea Chef is a thick paste in a tube with a high concentration of raw materials and a persistent flavor of onion, capers, garlic, sautéed meat and double tomato paste. It is a tasty and original product both for its packaging and recipe, available in a practical 90-gram tube. Easy to use in the kitchen, it is ideal for giving an extra boost to sauces, meat or even just a dish of pasta.
"The Linea Salse (Sauce Line) is available in four flavors: Agrodolce con Cipolla (Sweet and Sour Sauce with Onion), Cocktail, Barbecue, Ketchup, available in both tube and single-serving sachet formats. The alufoil laminate pouch can be opened by tearing and poured without the need to heat it and without the use of cutlery; it also contains the right amount of product in single portions, thus combating food waste. Stefania Montali, owner of the Emilian company and the beating heart of the family business, carries on a company project that has its origins back in 1910. For over 100 years, Industrie Montali has been processing tomatoes grown, harvested and processed only in Italy, for a transparent and clear supply chain. At the time, the company only processed tomatoes as concentrate, which was a seasonal activity that has changed over the years along with changing eating habits, resulting in the decision to develop other products.
