Jazz™apples - new season, new look

New Zealands' new Jazz apple harvest will arrive on the European market soon. The brand has a new look too.

"This year's Jazz apples are slightly smaller than last year. But, it's been warm and sunny in New Zealand. So, they're a nice color and have an exceptionally full flavor," says an Enzafruit New Zealand representative.

"The new crop will be available in stores from mid/late May. That's because these apples are harvested in New Zealand in spring. In Europe, that's in autumn. They're, therefore, stored for a shorter period. Thus, they're always crisp and fresh,"

New design
Jazz brand owner, T&G, has reinforced the brand with a renewed design. That's to better communicate this apple's freshness. The new, fresher look underscores the Jazz "Always Refreshing" slogan with bright, refreshed colors. The design was developed together with consumers. That ensures that Jazz apples will keep standing out, and not just taste-wise.

"The perfect snack"
In the future, Jazz apples will play in more on another trend - healthy snacking. Many people find it important to satisfy their hunger between meals. They want to get in healthy nutrients then too. Jazz apples meet that need. They're nutrient-rich and are easy to take along. They're always a welcome refreshment too.

Is it Jazz time?
"In parallel, we're launching an extensive Jazz campaign. Its theme is 'Is it Jazz time yet?' There will be various attention-grabbing actions. These will be in the out-of-home, print, digital, and social media channels. They'll showcase Jazz apples as the ideal snack. Along with the relaunch, Jazz is also launching an Instagram channel," concludes the Enzafruit New Zealand spokesperson.
