The Yield Technology Solutions Pty Ltd today announced the appointment of Patrick Maguire as Chief Financial Officer, who will play a key role in the company’s expansion plans for the US.
Patrick is an
experienced Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with a global career gained in both public and private businesses. He has led all aspects of the finance function as well as leading strategy development and risk management in order to deliver business growth.
Before joining The Yield, Patrick was CFO of QSR International supporting the software company through a successful sale process to a US-based Private Equity firm. He then spent the last two years in the US supporting the subsequent business transition. Prior to this, Patrick held a number of executive positions in Food, Telecoms, Financial Services and FMCG with businesses such as Digicel, Euronet Worldwide, Hallmark Cards, PZ Cussons and Coca-Cola HBC.
He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (A.C.M.A.) and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree.
Ros Harvey, Founder and Managing Director of The Yield, said that she was delighted to welcome Patrick to The Yield’s Executive team.
