To address the growing need to strengthen relationships with governments and external audiences around the world, McCain Foods is proudly announcing the appointment of Charlie Angelakos as its Vice President, Global Government and External Affairs. In this new role, Charlie will lead McCain’s global external communication and public affairs strategy across 160 countries.

He will be a great asset to help tell our story as the world’s leading producer of prepared potato and appetizer products,” said Peter Dawe, McCain’s Chief Strategy Officer. “Charlie brings a wealth of knowledge in government, and the process that drives decision making, around the globe. Charlie comes to McCain after spending 18 years at Labatt Breweries of Canada. His background includes time in Canadian politics, working both in the Prime Minister’s Office and the Ontario Premier’s Office. He also remains actively involved with the Jays Care Foundation and Harbourfront Centre, as well as a number of other charitable endeavours.
