This is confirmed by the latest figures from the Eco-Barometer commissioned by the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL), which was presented today by Federal Minister Julia Klöckner.
In the field of organic products, demand is highest for the classics eggs, fruit and vegetables, followed by potatoes, dairy products, meat and sausage products.
